摘  要:目的探讨锁骨下动脉缺血不同时间对大鼠臂丛神经的影响。方法以大鼠锁骨下动脉损伤为实验模型。将100只SD大鼠分为实验组与对照组,每组50只。实验组:夹闭锁骨下动脉后分别于第1、3、6、12、30小时随机抽取大鼠进行电生理、肌肉Na+-K+-ATP酶活性测定及神经组织学检查。对照组:仅暴露锁骨下动脉不做夹闭,其余操作同实验组。结果实验组不同时段正中神经潜伏期较对照组均延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组缺血第6小时与第12小时、第30小时组组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不同时段正中神经振幅较对照组均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组缺血第12小时组与缺血第30小时组组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各实验组肌肉组织Na+-K+-ATP酶活性较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各实验组间两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。光镜检查髓鞘数目完整。结论锁骨下动脉损伤后,臂丛神经潜伏期延长,振幅减低,证明锁骨下动脉损伤可导致臂丛神经缺血,影响神经传导功能,故提倡应早期修复损伤血管,恢复患肢血供,有利于患肢的功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of subclavian artery ischemia in different time points on brachial plexus injury in rats.Methods The rat models with Injury of subclavian artery were established by clamping subclavian artery.A total of 100 SD rats were divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The electrophysiological indexes,Na+,K+,ATP enzyme activity of muscle as well as neurohistological indexes were detected in experimental group at 1h,3h,6h,12h,30h after clamping subclavian artery,however,the rat in control group were only operated without clamping subclavicular artery.Results The incubation period of the median nerve in experimental group at different periord of time was significantly longer than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the experimantal group at 6h,12h and 30h after ischemia(P>0.05),however there were significant differences in the other time points in experimental group(P<0.05).The amplitude of the median nerve in experimental group at different time points was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),however there was no significant difference in median nerve amplitude in experimental group between 12h ischemia group and 24h ischemia group(P<0.05),however,there were significant differences in median nerve amplitued among the other time points in experimental group(P<0.05).Moreover the Na+,K+,ATP enzyme activity of muscular tissue in experimental group were significantly decreased,as cpmpared with those in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in experimental group at different time points groups in pairs each other(P<0.05).In addition the myelin sheath numbers were integrated by light microscopy.Conclusion After subclavian artery injury in rats,the incubation period prolongs and the amplitude of the brachial plexus nerve decreases,which demonstrates the injury of subclavian artery can lead to the brachial plexus ischemia,influence the nerve conduction function.It is recommended to repair the injured bloo
