摘  要:目的探讨超声可视化技术在急腹症患儿诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月收治的急腹症患儿274例为研究对象,均给予超声可视化技术检查,并将诊断结果与病理、手术、CT检查结果进行对比分析,比较2种检查方式的检查时间、诊断时间、诊断总符合率及诊断效能。结果CT、超声可视化技术检查时间分别为(15.32±2.17)min、(10.44±1.52)min,诊断时间分别为(2.28±0.35)h、(1.46±0.21)h,超声可视化技术检查时间、诊断时间较CT检查显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT检查、超声可视化技术检查诊断总符合率分别为87.59%、96.35%,超声可视化技术检查诊断总符合率显著高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT检查诊断敏感度为87.59%,特异性为94.16%、准确度为90.88%;超声可视化技术检查诊断敏感度为96.35%,特异性为94.16%、准确度为95.26%。超声可视化技术检查诊断敏感度、准确度显著高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2种检查方式诊断特异性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急腹症患儿采用超声可视化技术检查能够缩短检查时间、诊断时间,提高诊断符合率,在疾病诊断和鉴别诊断中具有较高临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of visible precision operation in diagnosis of acute abdomen of children.Methods A total of 274 children patients with acute abdomen who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were enrolled in the study.All the patients were examined by ultrasound visualization technology.Moreover the diagnosis results of ultrasound visualization technology,and the pathological and surgical results as well as CT examination results were contrastively analyzed.The examination time,diagnosis time,the coincidence rate of diagnosis and diagnostic efficacy were observed and compared between the two examination modes.Results The average detection time and diagnosis time of ultrasound visualization technology were(10.44±1.52)min and(1.46±0.21)h,respectively,which were significantly shorter than those[(15.32±2.17)min and(2.28±0.35)h]by CT examination(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasound visualization technology was significantly higher than that of CT examination(96.35%vs 87.59%,P<0.05).Moreover the sensitivity and accuracy rate of ultrasound visualization technology were significantly higher than those by CT examination(96.35%vs 87.59%,95.26%vs 90.88%,P<0.05).However there was no significant difference in the specificity between the two examination modes(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound visualization technology in diagnosis of acute abdomen in children patients can shorten the examination time,diagnosis time,improve the diagnostic coincidence rate,which has higher clinical application value in disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
