摘  要:为适应新型1024×768元大面阵高分辨率非制冷红外探测器及红外热成像系统小型化的需求,采用机械正组补偿式连续变焦结构形式,并通过合理分配各透镜的光焦度,设计了一种焦距为25~75 mm、工作波段为8~12μm、F数为1.2的非制冷红外连续变焦成像光学系统。该系统由五片透镜组成,总质量仅为255 g,光学总长度为125 mm。设计结果显示,该系统结构简单紧凑、体积小、成像良好,在探测器对应的36 1p/mm特征频率处的调制传递函数(Modulation Transfer Function, MTF)值大于0.3,满足应用需求。In order to meet the requirements of the miniaturization of the new large-format high-resolution uncooled infrared detector(1024×768 pixels) and the infrared thermal imaging system, the continuous zoom structure with mechanical positive group compensation is adopted. An uncooled infrared continuous zoom imaging optical system with focal length of 25-75 mm is designed through the reasonable distribution of optical focal degree of each lens. The operating band is 8-12 μm, and the F-number is 1.2.The system consists of five lenses with a total mass of only 255 g and optical length of 125 mm. The design result shows that the system is small,simple and compact, and good in imaging. The modulation transfer function value is greater than 0.3 at the corresponding characteristic frequency(36 lp/mm) of the detector, which can meet the application requirements.
