摘　　要：细柱五加Acanthopanax gracilistylus W.W.Smith为五加科五加属植物,在我国分布广泛,其干燥根皮为中国传统中药五加皮,习称“南五加皮”,主要含有挥发油、萜类和有机酸等成分,具有抗炎、抗疲劳、抗衰老和降血糖等生物活性。本研究分析了1984—2019年国内外细柱五加的研究概况,并从化学成分和药理活性2个方面对其进行了详细地阐释,为将来更好地开发利用细柱五加提供参考。Acanthopanax gracilistylus is widely distributed in China and belongs to genus Acanthopanax(Araliaceae).Its dried root bark,known as wujiapi,is listed officially in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as Acanthopanacis Cortex.It has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine,mainly contains volatile oil,terpenoids,phenolic acid,etc.As a traditional Chinese medicine,A.gracilistylus shows active effects,such as anti-inflammatory,antifatigue,anti-ageing and anti-diabetic effects.This paper mainly collects and analyses the research progress of A.gracilistylus in recent 35 years at home and abroad.The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of A.gracilistylus are summarized in this review.The results will provide references for exploiting and utilizing A.gracilistylus in the future.
