湖北伦晚脐橙越冬黑点病发生动态及病原菌生物学特性

摘　　要：为探究果实黑点病在冬季的发生动态,为伦晚脐橙健康发展提供技术指导,选取湖北省宜昌市秭归县郭家坝村2个果园进行黑点病发生的跟踪调查。结果显示,在2017年12月至2018年4月期间,雨雪日较多,果园平均温度均在15℃以下,果面病斑数量和果园病情指数没有明显的变化。进一步研究发现温度对病原菌菌丝生长、分生孢子形成、萌发和侵染有显著的影响,表明温度是限制越冬果实黑点病发生的重要因素之一。Citrus melanose,caused by Diaporthe citri,is a serious disease in citrus producing area.Previous reserches mainly focuses on the epidemic and prevention of citrus melanose in spring and autumn.However,Lane Late navel orange matures in late March.In order to explore the dynamics of melanose in winter and provide technical guide for the production of Lane Late navel orange,the occurrence of melanose from December 2017 to April 2018 in two orchards located in Guojiaba Village,Zigui County,Yichang City,Hubei Province was investigated.The results show that there was no significant increase in the number of lesions on the fruit surface and disease index in the two orchards during winter.The average temperature was under 15℃with adequate rain and snow during this period.Further studies demonstrated that low temperature restricts the mycelial growth,conidioma formation,conidiation,spore germination and infection of the host of D.citri strain ZGDC50.The results suggest that low temperature may be one of the main factors to prevent the occurrence of melanose in Yichang during winter.
