中医药治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的研究进展

摘　　要：脓毒症在当今社会仍是一种威胁人类健康的严重疾病,可导致全身多脏器功能障碍,其中胃肠功能障碍是脓毒症患者常见并发症,并发胃肠功能障碍会使病情恶化或预后不良,患者在重症监护室的时间普遍延长,治疗费用明显提高,同时存活率也显著降低。因此,积极治疗胃肠功能障碍对脓毒症的发展及预后具有重要意义。本文通过查阅文献,对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的病因病机、中医治疗方法等进行总结,为脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的治疗提供思路。Sepsis is still a serious threat to human health disease in today′s society,it can lead to multiple organ dysfunction,gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common complication in patients with sepsis,concurrent gastrointestinal dysfunction can make deterioration or poor prognosis,patients in the intensive care unit time longer,obviously improve the cost of treatment,and reduce survival rate significantly.Therefore,active treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction is of great significance for the development and prognosis of sepsis.Through literature review,this paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine of sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction,providing ideas for the treatment of sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction.
