单核和双核铝配合物的合成及其催化丙交酯聚合

摘  要:分别合成了单核和双核NNOO配位铝配合物,并对其催化丙交酯的活性进行研究,通过单核与双核催化剂活性的对比,提出双核铝配合物催化丙交酯过程的机理。试验结果表明,单核和双核NNOO配位铝配合物都能有效地控制聚合丙交酯。同样的条件下双核铝配合物中每个铝活性中心的催化活性都大于单核铝配合物,由试验结果,提出了相应的双核协同机理。Mononuclear and binuclear NNOO coordination aluminum complexes were synthesized and their catalyzed lactide activity was studied in this paper.By comparing the activity of mononuclear and binuclear catalysts,the mechanism of catalyzed lactide by binuclear aluminum complexes was proposed.The experimental results showed that both mononuclear and binuclear NNOO coordination aluminum complexes can effectively control the polymerization of lactide.Under the same conditions,the catalytic activity of each aluminum active site in the binuclear aluminum complex is greater than that of the mononuclear aluminum complex.The corresponding dual-core synergy mechanism was also proposed.
