摘 要:齿轮箱广泛应用于航空,船舶等大型工程机械中,因此对其故障诊断显得尤为重要。齿轮振动信号由于存在非平稳、调制、传递路径复杂等特点,其故障分析较为困难。为此提出一种角域同步平均的齿轮箱故障诊断方法,首先对齿轮箱非稳态信号进行时域采样;其次利用计算阶比跟踪对时域信号进行等角度重采样,转换为角域准平稳信号,克服转速波动对信号分析产生频率模糊现象;然后对角域信号进行同步平均,提高信噪比。该方法用于分析齿轮故障实测振动信号,能够有效地提取齿轮故障特征信息。Gearboxes are widely used in large-scale construction machinery such as aviation and ships,so their fault diagnosis is particularly important.It is relatively difficult to analyze due to the characteristics of non-stationary,modulation,and complex transmission paths.A gearbox fault diagnosis based on angular domain synchronous averaging was proposed in this paper.First,the non-steady-state of gearbox signals were sampled in the time domain;Secondly,the calculation order tracking was used to re-sample the time-domain signals at equal angles,and convert into angular domain quasi-stationary signal.This methed can overcome the fluctuation of the rotation speed,which cause the frequency ambiguity of signal analysis.The angular domain signals are then averaged synchronously,and improve the SNR.The proposed method can effectively extract the feature information of a gearbox fault.
