摘 要:采用刚塑性有限元法对异步热轧过程进行数值模拟,分析了初轧温度、压下率和异速比对轧制力的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着初轧温度的升高和异速比的增加,轧制力逐渐降低;随着压下率的增加,轧制力显著增加,峰值也较为显著。当异速比为1.00时,上、下工作辊轧制力呈对称分布;当异速比大于1.00时,上、下工作辊轧制力呈非对称分布。这种非对称性随着初轧温度的升高和异速比的增加逐渐减小;随着压下率的增加逐渐增大。The rigid plastic finite element method was used to simulate the asymmetrical hot rolling process.The effects of rolling temperature,reduction rate and speed ratio on rolling force were analyzed in this study.The results showed that the rolling force gradually decreased with the increase of rolling temperature and speed ratio;With the increase of reduction rate,the rolling force increased significantly,and the peak value was more significant.When the speed ratio is 1.00,the rolling force of the upper and lower work rolls is symmetrical;when the speed ratio is greater than 1.00,the distribution of rolling force of upper and lower work rolls is asymmetrical.With the increased of the rolling temperature and speed ratio,the fluctuation range of rolling force decreased;with the increased of reduction rate,the fluctuation range of rolling force increased.
