摘　　要：针对使用简单排序方法对本科生学业导师考核与实际情况出入较大的情况,建立了基于OWGA算子的本科生学业导师业绩评价模型,使得评价结果更加客观公正,并通过实例说明此方法的有效性。In view of the fact that the performance evaluation of undergraduate academic tutor differs greatly from the actual situation by using simple ranking method,we introduce a multi attribute decision-making methods and establish a performance evaluation model of undergraduate academic tutor based on OWGA operator,which makes the evaluation results more fair,and an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of this method.
