磷酸肌酸联合丹参多酚治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究急性冠脉综合征患者开展磷酸肌酸联合丹参多酚治疗的价值。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月收治的140例急性冠脉综合征患者,按照入院时间分为对照组与实验组,各70例。对照组开展磷酸肌酸治疗,实验组开展磷酸肌酸+丹参多酚治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎症水平、内皮细胞功能、不良反应发生率。结果实验组临床疗效为92.86%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);实验组炎症水平低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组内皮细胞功能优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性冠脉综合征患者开展磷酸肌酸联合丹参多酚治疗对改善炎症水平,提高治疗有效性及安全性效果显著,可在改善炎症状态同时,促进血管内皮功能恢复。Objective To study the value of treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome with phosphocreatine combined with salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods A total of 140 patients with acute coronary syndrome were enrolled from May 2017 to May 2019.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the admission time,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with phosphocreatine,and the experimental group were treated with phosphocreatine+salvia miltiorrhiza.Efficacy,level of complications,insulinase index,incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group(92.86%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The level of inflammation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The endothelial function of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome with phosphocreatine combined with salvianolic acid polyphenols is effective in improving myocardial enzymes and metabolic levels,improving treatment effectiveness and safety,and improving vascular endothelial function while improving complications.
