摘 要:目的探讨产前超声检查对胎儿胼胝体发育不全的诊断价值。方法随机选取2016年8月至2018年8月本院收治的胎儿胼胝体发育不全患儿17例,均接受产前超声检查或MRI检查。比较两种检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、隐形预测值。结果产前超声检查的灵敏度为88.2%(15/17),特异度为0.0%,准确度为88.2%(15/17),阳性预测值为100.0%(15/15),阴性预测值为0%(0/2)。产前MRI检查的灵敏度为94.1%(16/17),特异度为0.0%,准确度为94.1%(16/17),阳性预测值为100.0%(16/16),阴性预测值为0%(0/1)。产前超声检查的灵敏度、准确度均显著低于产前MRI检查(P<0.05),但产前超声检查与产前MRI检查的特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值比较差异无统计学意义。结论产前超声检查对胎儿胼胝体发育不全的诊断价值高。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasonography in fetal callosal dysplasia.Methods A total of 17 cases of children with fetal callosal dysplasia from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected,all of whom underwent prenatal ultrasound or MRI examination.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and invisible predictive value of the two tests were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of prenatal ultrasound were 88.2%(15/17),0.0%,88.2%(15/17),100.0%(15/15)and 0%(0/2)respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of prenatal MRI were 94.1%(16/17),0.0%,94.1%(16/17),100.0%(16/16)and 0%(0/1)respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of prenatal ultrasonography were significantly lower than prenatal MRI(P<0.05),but the difference of specificity,positive predictive values and negative predictive values between prenatal ultrasonography and prenatal MRI were not significant.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography is of high diagnostic value for fetal callosal dysplasia.
