摘　　要：目的探讨序贯使用聚维酮碘乳膏与医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(喷雾型)治疗小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤的效果评估。方法选取本院于2015年1月至2019年6月收诊的110例小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者,采用等距抽样法分为观察组[医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(喷雾型)联合聚维酮碘乳膏]与对照组(聚维酮碘乳膏),各55例。比较两组小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者的瘢痕指数、愈合天数及创面愈合率。结果观察组小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者瘢痕指数(4.03±0.45)、愈合天数(13.15±2.18)d均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者的1周创面愈合率(46.17±5.04)%、两周创面愈合率100.00%均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(喷雾型)联合聚维酮碘乳膏可提高小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者的创面愈合程度,减低瘢痕指数,值得使用推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of sequential use of povidone-iodine cream and medical chitosan wound repair membrane(spray type)on the treatment of small area Ⅱ degree burns.Methods A total of 110 patients with small area Ⅱ degree burns were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2019.The isometric sampling method was divided into observation group[edical chitosan wound repair membrane(spray type)combination the povidone iodine cream]and the control group(Povidone iodine cream),with 55 cases in each group.Compared the scar index,healing days and wound healing rate of 2 groups of small area Ⅱ degree burn patients.Results The scar index(4.03±0.45)and healing days(13.15±2.18)d in the small-area Ⅱ degree burn patients were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).One-week wounds in the small-area Ⅱ-degree burn patients were observed in the observation group.The healing rate(46.17±5.04)%in one week and the wound healing rate of 100.00%in two weeks were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical chitosan wound repair membrane(spray type)combined with povidone iodine cream can improve the wound healing degree of patients with small area Ⅱ degree burns and reduce the scar index,which is worthy of promotion.
