滋肾平眩汤治疗肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果及脑血流速度影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾平眩汤治疗肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果及脑血流速度影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月本院收治的120例肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组口服甲硫酸倍他司汀片治疗,观察组采用滋肾平眩汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分改善情况及脑血流速度变化情况。结果观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组脑血流速度组间对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后,两组脑血流速度明显加快,且观察组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕的患者,采用滋肾平眩汤治疗能有效改善患者眩晕、恶心呕吐、行走不稳、视物模糊等症状,改善患者脑血流速度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of zishenpingvertigo Decoction in the treatment of post circulation ischemic vertigo of kidney yin deficiency and the effect of cerebral blood flow velocity.Methods 120 patients with post circulation ischemic vertigo of kidney yin deficiency type were selected as the study subjects from June 2017 to June 2019.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by double blind method,with 60 cases in each group.The former was treated with betahistine mesylate and the latter with Zishenpingxuan decoction.The improvement of TCM syndrome score and the change of cerebral blood flow velocity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation of cerebral blood flow velocity,there was no difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the cerebral blood flow speed of the Two groups was significantly faster,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishenpingxuan decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of vertigo,nausea and vomiting,walking instability,blurred vision and other symptoms,and improve the cerebral blood flow velocity of the patients.
