摘 要:目的分析胎儿系统超声检查在产科胎儿颜面部畸形筛查中的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月本院超声科接收的192例产前胎儿颜面部畸形筛查孕妇作为研究对象。所有孕妇均进行冠状切面、矢状切面、横断切面连续系统超声扫查,分析胎儿系统超声颜面部畸形筛查结果。结果11~11^+6周产前超声检查显示率为94.74%,12~12^+6周产前超声检查显示率为98.98%,13~13^+6周产前超声检查显示率为97.33%,各组比较差异无统计学意义。187例孕妇为真阴性,4例为真阳性,1例为假阴性,漏诊率为20.00%,准确度为99.48%,阴性预测值99.48%,阳性预测值100.00%。结论产科胎儿颜面部畸形筛查中采取胎儿系统超声检查准确率高,可促进优生优育,提升新生儿出生素质。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fetal system ultrasound in the screening of fetal facial malformation.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,192 pregnant women with fetal facial malformation were selected as the study objects.All pregnant women were scanned by continuous system ultrasound in coronal section,sagittal section and transverse section to analyze the screening results of fetal system ultrasound facial malformation.Results The display rate of 11-11+6 weeks,12-12+6 weeks and 13-13+6 weeks was 94.74%,98.98%and 97.33%,respectively.There was no significant difference among different groups.187 pregnant women were true negative,4 were true positive,1 was false negative,the missed diagnosis rate was 20.00%,the accuracy was 99.48%,the negative predictive value was 99.48%,and the positive predictive value was 100.00%.Conclusion The accuracy of fetal system ultrasound is high in the screening of fetal facial malformation,which can promote the birth and quality of the newborn.
