高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的心脏超声诊断的价值评估

摘　　要：目的评估高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的心脏超声诊断的价值。方法选取2015年10月至2017年10月本院收治的80例高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的患者作为实验组,选取同期80名健康体检者作为对照组,所有受试者均予以心脏超声诊断,比较两组诊断结果。结果实验组E/Ea、LVDd、LAD均高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心功能Ⅲ级患者的E/Ea、LVDd、LAD、LVEF等指标与心功能Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心功能Ⅱ级患者与Ⅰ级患者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏超声诊断可有效评估高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭的病情,为临床诊断和治疗方案制定提供科学可靠的参考和借鉴。Objective To evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were enrolled as the experimental group.80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.All subjects were given cardiac ultrasound diagnosis,compared the two groups of diagnosis results.Results The E/Ea,LVDd,and LAD of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The LVEF was lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The E/Ea and LVDd of the patients with grade Ⅲ cardiac function were observed.The indexes of LAD and LVEF were significantly different from those of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients with cardiac function(P<0.05).The patients with grade Ⅱ cardiac function were statistically significant compared with those with grade I(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac ultrasound diagnosis can effectively evaluate the condition of left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure,and provide scientific and reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
