阿托伐他汀调脂治疗对冠心病合并代谢综合征患者血脂水平及心脑血管事件发生率的影响效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析冠心病合并代谢综合征患者中阿托伐他汀的应用效果及临床价值。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年2月收治的80例冠心病合并代谢紊乱患者,按照抽签法分为治疗组(接受基础的对症治疗与阿托伐他汀治疗)与常规组(接受基础的对症治疗),各40例。比较两组治疗后的血脂水平与心血管事件发生情况。结果治疗后治疗组总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平、低密度脂蛋白水平均低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组的高密度脂蛋白水平较常规组高(P<0.05);与常规组相比,治疗组的心脑血管事件发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论给予冠心病合并代谢综合征的患者基础对症治疗联合阿托伐他汀治疗,可以有效改善患者血脂情况,并且可预防心脑血管疾病的发生。Objective To analyze the clinical application and clinical value of atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic syndrome.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with metabolic disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled.According to the lottery method,the patients were divided into the treatment group(basic symptomatic treatment and atorvastatin treatment)and the conventional group(basic symptomatic treatment),with 40 cases in each group.Blood lipid levels and cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in the treatment group were lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The high-density lipoprotein level in the treatment group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the conventional group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The basic symptomatic treatment combined with atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease and metabolic syndrome can effectively improve the blood lipids of patients and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
