踝关节镜辅助经钢板螺钉固定下胫腓联合治疗Maisonneuve骨折的效果及其安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析踝关节镜辅助经钢板螺钉固定下胫腓联合治疗Maisonneuve骨折的效果及安全性。方法选取2015年12月至2019年2月本院收治的Maisonneuve骨折患者116例,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,各58例。对照组进行常规治疗,研究组进行踝关节镜辅助经钢板螺钉固定下胫腓联合治疗,比较两组AOFAS评分、VAS评分、安全性。结果研究组AOFAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组安全性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗Maisonneuve骨折的过程中,使用踝关节镜辅助经钢板螺钉固定下胫腓联合治疗效果更好,安全性更高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of ankle-assisted lower tibiofibular syndesmosis fixation with plate and screw in the treatment of Maisonneuve fracture.Methods 116 cases of Maisonneuve fracture patients admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to February 2019 were selected and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to different treatment methods,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received ankle-assisted combined treatment of lower tibiofibular syndesmosis with plate and screw fixation.AOFAS score,VAS score and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The AOFAS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The safety of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Maisonneuve fracture,ankle-assisted fixation of lower tibiofibular syndesmosis with plate and screw is more effective,high security,and should be further popularized in clinical practice.
