运动疗法结合易罐治疗颈腰综合征的疗效观察与护理效果

摘　　要：目的探究运动疗法结合易罐治疗颈腰综合征的疗效观察与护理效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年9月本院收治的颈腰综合征患者120例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上进行针对性护理。结果研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将针对性护理应用于利用运动疗法结合易罐治疗的颈腰综合征患者的临床治疗中具有良好效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of sports therapy combined with easy cupping in the treatment of cervical and lumbar syndrome and nursing effect.Methods 120 patients with cervical and lumbar syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received targeted nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the clinical treatment of patients with cervical and lumbar syndrome treated with exercise therapy combined with easy cupping has good effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
