摘 要:随着通信网络成本支出的上涨,空调作为基站机房中的主要耗电设备,越来越多的生产厂家开始关注其性能检测,实验室的测试准确度显得尤为重要。测量不确定度是分析测试结果质量的一个衡量尺度。为此,本文测试了一台基站空调的制冷量,根据制冷量的计算公式,建立了不确定度评定计算模型,进行了不确定度评定。结果表明湿球温度对制冷量测量的不确定度的影响最大,不确定度评定结果也可为改善实验室测试精度提供参考。With the increase of the cost of communication network,more and more manufacturers have begun to pay attention to the performance test of air conditioning as the main power-consuming equipment in the base station machine room.The test accuracy of the laboratory is particularly important.Measurement uncertainty is a measure to analyze the quality of test results.For this reason,this paper tests the refrigerating capacity of a base station air conditioner.According to the calculating formula of the refrigerating capacity,a calculation model of uncertainty evaluation is established and the uncertainty evaluation is carried out.The results show that wet-bulb temperature has the greatcst influence on the uncertainty of refrigerating capacity measurement.The result of uncertainty evaluation can also provide reference for improving the accuracy of laboratory test.
