摘　　要：在军民融合战略的大背景下,本文针对当前我国国防动员信息化建设的不足之处,分析了智慧国防动员信息系统体系建设的总体思路,以及数据采集、资源管理、行动指挥、通信网络等方面的能力要求,设计了智慧国防动员信息系统体系的基本架构和运行模式,总结了智慧国防动员信息系统涉及的关键技术。Against the backdrop of civil-military integration strategy,aiming at the shortage of the national defense mobilization information construction,this paper analyses some general ideas of constructing a smart defense mobilization information system.The capability requirements of data collection,resource management,action command and network are proposed.The basic architecture and operation mode of the national defense mobilization information system are designed.Finally,the related key technologies are summarized.
