摘 要:传统视频监控系统在施工周期、空间扩容、信息共享、管理维护等方面存在诸多困难和问题。论文在调研分析现有边防视频监控系统的基础上,提出了一种基于云环境的智能视频监控系统,并对该系统的拓扑结构、逻辑架构、工作流程和系统特点进行了详细介绍。该系统通过虚拟化物理资源、云端化视频录像、自动化业务处理流程以及提供丰富的API接口,可以实现全天候实时监控、智能化检测预警和便利化信息查询等功能,满足授权用户在任何时间、任何地点采用多种通信方式获取统一的视频监控服务需求。The traditional video monitoring system are plagued with several problems in construction periods,storage expanding,information sharing,management and maintenance,etc.After an investigation of the operating video monitoring system for borders,this paper presents a cloud-based intelligent video monitoring system,and introduces its topology architecture,logic configuration,work flow as well as system features.The proposed system can realize the functions of real-time monitoring,intelligent detection and early warning,convenient information inquiry via virtualized physical resources,cloud video recording,automatic processing as well as sorts of API interface,so as to satisfy the needs of monitoring service for authorized users with multiple methods anytime and anywhere.
