摘　　要：战役转折是夺取作战胜利的重要一环。战役指挥员应立足战略战役全局、扭住作战重心谋划战役转折,采取削弱敌方系统战力、控制关键领域作战、扰乱敌方作战节奏、剥夺敌方行动自由、夺取舆论法理优势等方法途径推进战役转折,多法并举动态控制战役转折,确保作战目的的实现。The turning point of a campaign is an important part of winning the operation.The campaign commander should proceed from the overall situation of strategy and campaign and grasp the center of gravity,to step up and get to the turning point by means of weakening the enemy’s systematic combat effectiveness,controlling the key areas,disrupting the enemy’s freedom of action and seizing the legal advantage of public opinion.Multiple ways can be used to dynamically control the turning point of a campaign in order to ensure the achievement of operational objectives.
