摘　　要：中国监狱对服刑人员自杀防控成绩斐然。为什么防控?能不能防控?怎么样防控?这三大问题一直困扰监狱实务界的同行。本文从人道救助、监管安全和监狱形象三种视角解读服刑人员自杀防控的价值,来回答为什么防控的问题;从特有规律、防控条件、干预水平三个层面分析监狱对服刑人员自杀防控的现实基础,来解决能不能防控的问题;从五步法评测、三级预防策略、亲情与沟通三级路径提供服刑人员自杀防控的思路方法,回应怎么样防控的问题。Chinese prisons have made outstanding achievements in the prevention and control of prisoners'suicide.The three major issues of why it should be prevented and controlled,whether it can be prevented and controlled,and how to prevent and control have been plaguing colleagues in prison practice.This article interpreted the value of prisoners'suicide prevention and control from three perspectives of humanitarian assistance,supervision security and prison image,to answer the question of why it should be prevented and controlled;it analyzed the real foundation from the three levels of unique rules,prevention and control conditions,and intervention levels to solve the problem of whether it can be prevented and controlled;and finally,provided the ideas and methods from three paths of the five-step evaluation,three-level prevention strategy,family and communication,to solve the problem of how to prevent and control prisoners'suicide.
