参芪二至汤联合西药对气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者血白蛋白、血甘油三酯水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪二至汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者的临床效果。方法:选取82例气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为中西医组和对照组各41例,两组均给予基础的西医治疗,中西医组同时服用参芪二至汤;对比两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血清Hcy、TG、TC、ALB、Scr、BUN、IL-17、IL-6及临床疗效。结果:治疗后中西医组患者的中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后中西医组患者的24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血清Hcy、IL-6、IL-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05),中西医组患者的血清ALB水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。经过治疗,中西医组的痊愈率31.71%、显效51.22%、有效17.07%。对照组痊愈率14.63%、显效51.22%、有效29.27%、无效4.88%,中西医组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医参芪二至汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚型IgA肾病较单用西药具有更加显著的临床效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenqi Erzhi decoction combined with western medicine on patients with IgA nephropathy of Qiyin Liangxu type.Methods:82 patients with IgA nephropathy of Qiyin Liangxu type were selected as research objects,and randomized numbers were used to divide lower、into 41 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic western medical methods,while the traditional Chinese and western medicine groups were simultaneously taking Shenqi Erzhi decoction.The indexes of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the TCM group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein quantification,urine red blood cell count,serum Hcy,IL-6,and IL-17 levels Lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum ALB level of patients in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cure rate of the TCM group was 31.71%,the effective rate was 51.22%,and the effective rate was 17.07%.The cure rate of the control group was 14.63%,the effective rate was 51.22%,the effective rate was 29.27%,and the ineffective rate was 4.88%,the TCM and western medicine group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Shenqi Erzhi decoction combined with western medicine for IgA nephropathy of Qiyin Liangxu type has more significant clinical effect than western medicine alone.
