调运枢纽推拿术联合重组人生长激素对矮小症患儿生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于经络腧穴理论的“调运枢纽”推拿术联合重组人生长激素治疗对矮小症患儿的生长发育影响的研究。方法:160例矮小症患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组80例和对照组80例。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组接受基于经络腧穴理论的“调运枢纽”推拿术治疗。比较治疗后生长指标及甲状腺功能,检测并比较血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、血清胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)水平,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组比,观察组患儿体重明显增加,身高增加差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿身高标准差及生长速率均有增高,观察组3个月后较对照组身高SDS改变明显,生长速率显著增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后血清IGF-1均有增加,观察组患儿血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组仅一例患儿出现轻微眼睑浮肿,1周后自行消失。结论:基于经络腧穴理论的“调运枢纽”推拿术联合药物治疗矮小症患儿临床效果较好。Objective:To investigate the effect of Tiaoyun Shuniu massage therapy combined with recombinant human growth hormone on the growth and development of dwarf children based on the theory of meridian acupoints.Methods:160 cases of dwarf children in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group 80 cases and control group 80 cases according to random number table method.The control group was treated with a single drug,and the observation group received Tiaoyun Shuniu massage therapy based on the theory of meridian and acupoints.The growth indicators and thyroid function were compared after treatment,and serum-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and serum insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3)level,observe the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:Compared with the control group,the children in the observation group increased significantly in weight,and the increase in height was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the standard deviation and growth rate of the children in the two groups were increased.The observation group had a significantly higher SDS change in height and significantly increased growth rate after 3 months.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum IGF-1 increased,and the levels of serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Only one child in the observation group developed slight eyelid edema,which disappeared after 1 week.Conclusion:Tiaoyun Shuniu massage based on the theory of meridian and acupoints has significant clinical effect in treating dwarf children.
