许建秦宣化汤治疗内伤湿热病证经验介绍

摘　　要：内伤湿热病证系肺、脾、肝、肾诸脏气化功能下降,水液代谢功能紊乱,水湿内郁化热引起的病证,涉病广泛,病程较长,症见不一,治疗十分棘手。陕西省名中医许建秦主任医师以善于诊治疑难杂症为著,取法清代温病学派所完善“三焦”辨证模式,提出内伤湿热病证的发病与上焦失宣、中焦失畅、下焦失利密切相关。许建秦认为,内伤湿热与地域、气象、饮食、体质等因素密切相关,或因失治、误治,临床所见症状集中于中焦,多以脾胃、肝胆功能失调为主,但治疗不唯健脾化湿一途。许建秦效法清代医家吴鞠通《温病条辨》所载三仁汤,以此方为基础自拟宣化汤为治疗内伤湿热病证,多获良效。总结许建秦学术经验,以期为临床辨治内伤湿热病证开阔思路。附验案一则,以供参考。Dampness-heat syndrome is a disease caused by dysfunction of viscera such as lung,spleen,liver and kidney and dysfunction of water and liquid metabolism,involving a variety of metabolic and digestive diseases,with a long course of disease,different clinical manifestations and difficult treatment.Xu Jianqin is good at treating difficult and complicated diseases.Xu Jianqin drawing on the experience of doctors of Qing dynasty in“Triple energizer”,and points out that the onset of dampness-heat syndrome is related to the decline of the functions of Shang Jiao,Zhong Jiao and Xia Jiao.Xu Jianqin believes that dampness-heat syndrome is closely related to regional,meteorological,dietary,physical and other factors.Because of wrong treatment or medication,the clinical symptoms are mainly dysfunction of spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,but the treatment method is not to invigorate spleen and eliminate dampness.Xu Jianqin imitated Sanren decoction invented by Qing dynasty physician Wu Jutong in"Wen Bing Tiao Bian"and developed Xuanhua decoction,which was used as the basic method for treating dampness-heat syndrome with good effect.The purpose of summarizing Xu Jianqin's academic thoughts is to provide ideas for the treatment of dampness-heat syndrome.Introduce a typical cases as a reference.
