摘  要:为研究沿海地区气象条件下输电线路覆冰雪规律,并对覆冰雪绝缘子闪络电压进行预测,分析了温度、湿度、风速对输电线路覆冰的影响规律。结合覆冰过程中过冷却液滴碰撞和冻结特性对覆冰厚度进行了理论计算,依据覆冰厚度对输电线路覆冰危害程度进行了等级划分。基于覆冰闪络与覆冰厚度、电弧发展路径和冰层剩余电阻之间的关系,建立了输电线路覆冰绝缘子临界闪络电压预测模型。最后,通过实例验证了预测系统的准确性和有效性,有助于进一步完善沿海地区输电线路覆冰雪预警系统。To study the ice-snow covering characteristics of transmission lines under the meteorological conditions of coastal regions and predict the flashover voltage of ice-covered insulators,the effects of temperature,humidity and wind speed on ice-covered transmission lines were analyzed in this paper. In addition,the icing thickness was theoretically calculated according to the collision and freezing characteristics of overcooled droplets in the icing process,and the icing hazard degree of transmission lines was classified according to the calculated icing thickness. Based on the relationship between the ice flashover voltage and the icing thickness,arc development path and ice residual resistance,a prediction model of critical flashover voltage of ice-covered insulators on the transmission lines was established. Finally,the accuracy and effectiveness of the prediction system were verified by an example,which is helpful in improving the ice-snow pre-warning system for coastal-region transmission lines.
