摘 要:为了探讨桃接穗对欧李砧木根系生长习性的影响,以欧砧1号、春美/欧砧1号的根系为试材,测定两种根系的分支习性、解剖结构、矿质元素含量及呼吸酶活性等指标。研究结果表明:与欧砧1号相比,春美/欧砧1号1级侧根的根数、根径和长度分别显著增大36.61%、26.19%和36.96%,根分支能力增强;2级根和5级根的根径分别显著增大24.95%和20.96%,中柱直径分别增大30.77%和21.12%。Mn含量在3级根中显著减小32.76%。琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性在3级根中显著增大82.52%,乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性在1级根到5级根中分别显著减小78.42%、79.39%、81.01%、75.17%和48.11%。桃接穗促进了欧砧1号根系的生长,提高了根系吸收水分和养分的能力,降低了无氧呼吸能力。To study the effect of peach scion on growth habits of root system of Cerasus humilis rootstock,the branching habits,anatomical structure,mineral elements contents and respiratory enzyme activities of the two root systems were determined by using the roots of Cerasus humilis rootstock No.1 and Chunmei/Cerasus humilis rootstock No.1 as test materials.The results show that compared with Cerasus humilis rootstock No.1,the root number,root diameter and root length of the first grade lateral root of Chunmei/Cerasus humilis rootstock No.1 are increased significantly by 36.61%,26.19%and 36.96%.The branching ability of root is enhanced.The diameters of the second and fifth grade roots are increased significantly by 24.95%and 20.96%,respectively,and the diameters of the middle columns are increased by 30.77%and 21.21%,respectively.Mn content is decreased significantly by 32.76%in the third grade roots.Succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)activity significantly increases by 82.52%in the third grade root,and alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)activity is significantly decreased by 78.42%,79.39%,81.01%,75.17%and 48.11%from the first grade root to the fifth grade root,respectively.Peach scion promotes the growth of root system of Cerasus humilis rootstock No.1,and improves the ability of root system to absorb water and nutrients,and reduces anaerobic respiration ability.
