摘 要:随着“双创”深入实施,我国创新创业活动蓬勃开展,各类孵化器、创业园、创业学院和创新创业研究中心等相继出现。运用文献分析法和系统学理论,在国内外相关文献分析的基础上构建了基于“五项能力”的“三阶段”创新创业教育模式。其中“五项能力”指创新创业教育举办能力、创新创业素质获得能力、项目运作能力、企业创办与运营能力及企业持续健康成长能力;“三阶段”指创新创业知识学习阶段、创新创业实战检验阶段和新创企业成长管理阶段。Since the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"campaign,China's innovation and entrepreneurship activities have developed rapidly,with various incubators,business parks,business schools and innovation and entrepreneurship research centers appearing one after another.Based on literature analysis and system theory,this paper constructs a"three-stage"innovation and entrepreneurship education model based on"five abilities".Among them,"five abilities"refer to the ability to organize innovation and entrepreneurship education,the ability to acquire innovation and entrepreneurship quality,the ability to operate projects,the ability to establish and operate enterprises,and the ability to sustain healthy growth of enterprises.The"three stages"refer to the stage of learning knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship,the stage of practical test of innovation and entrepreneurship and the stage of growth management of new enterprises.
