摘  要:CO2驱油提高采收率(enhanced oil recovery,CO2-EOR)采出气目前多采用回注或管输的方式进行处理,而由于CO2含量较高且不同阶段波动较大,往往不满足管输的要求。基于Aspen HYSYS软件设计并优化了混合胺溶液法和低温分离法的CO2分离工艺流程,针对现场实例优选了工艺参数并对CO2分离效果进行了评价,并对比了不同采出气成分的回注效果。结果表明:对于CO2驱开发早期采出气(CO2含量30%左右),醇胺吸收法具有良好的分离效果;而随着开发中后期采出气中CO2含量增加,结合低温分离法是更为经济有效的分离方式;提纯后的CO2回注的混相效果明显优于采出气直接回注。Currently CO2 enhanced oil recovery(CO2-EOR)output gas mainly adopts return irrigate or pipeline transmitting method.While CO2 is of huge content and fluctuates greatly at different period,which generally can’t meet the requirements of pipeline transmitting.Both the mixed amine solution method and the CO2 separate technology process at low temperature separate method were designed and optimized.They were based on Aspen HYSYS software.The process parameters were optimized and the effect of CO2 separation was evaluated according to the field study,and the injection effect of different produced gas components was compared.The result shows that alcohol amine absorb method has better separate effect for the output gas(content of CO2 about 30%)at the early period of CO2 output.Along with the CO2 content increasing at middle and final period of gas output,low temperature separate method is more economy and valid.Additionally,the mix phase effect of purified CO2 return irrigates obviously better than output gas return irrigate directly.
