摘 要:在低碳经济背景下,风电、光伏的快速发展促进了电力工业低碳化的发展进程,但弃风、弃光问题愈发严重。电转气(P2G)技术的出现为解决可再生能源消纳问题提供了新思路。考虑减少碳排放和消纳弃风,提出一种含P2G与燃气轮机双向耦合的电-气-电能源循环的电气耦合系统低碳经济优化运行模型。模型以经济成本和碳交易成本之和最小为优化目标,并考虑了弃风惩罚成本以及P2G实现能源转换过程中的经济效益和环境效益,协调经济性与低碳性的同时实现了多目标问题的单目标化。通过对包含电转气和不含电转气两种场景下的系统进行算例分析,验证了优化模型的有效性和优越性。In the context of low-carbon economy,the rapid development of wind power and photovoltaics has promoted the development of low-carbonization of the power industry,but the problem of abandonment of wind power and photoelectric has become more serious.The emergence of power-to-gas(P2G)technology has provided new ideas for the problem of renewable energy consumption.Considering the reduction of carbon emissions and the elimination of wind abandoning,a low-carbon economic optimization operation model of an electrical-coupling system with a power-gas-power cycle bi-directionally coupled with P2G and gas turbine was proposed.The model optimized the sum of economic cost and carbon transaction cost,and the cost of abandoning wind and the economic and environmental benefits of P2G energy conversion were also analyzed.Both goals of economy and low carbon were realized,which made two problems into one.The effectiveness and superiority of the optimization model are verified by case studies of systems with P2G and P2G-free respectively.
