摘　　要：目前中国在版权战略制定方面重视度不够,FTA中版权条款呈粗放式,仅仅援引TRIPS中的相关规定条款的旧式做法已经无法适应国际知识产权新发展背景下我国版权产业走出去的需求。有必要构建具有稳定性、合理性、可持续性的FTA版权战略,以提升我国在国际版权规则制定中的话语权。在FTA版权战略构建方面,必须坚持适应版权产业发展需求的原则,由现在松散的、软性的协定模式向符合现实产业发展需求的顶层设计转变。The current copyright provisions in China’s FTA are extensive,but little attention has been given to the formulation of copyright strategies.The traditional approach of merely citing the relevant provisions of international intellectual property rights can no longer meet the needs of China’s copyright industry going global within the context of new international intellectual property rights.It is necessary to construct an FTA copyright strategy with stability,rationality and sustainability to enhance China’s voice in the formulation of international copyright rules.In the process of formulating a FTA copyright strategy,we must be able to adapt to the development of the copyright industry,and transform the existing loose and soft agreement model into a top-level design that meets the needs of the copyright industry.
