摘  要:目的探讨采用手术切除联合负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗会阴部巨大尖锐湿疣的效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的9例会阴部巨大尖锐湿疣患者。采用手术彻底切除病变组织并使用VSD引流分泌物。采用控制感染及皮瓣或游离植皮修复创面等综合处理措施。记录治疗效果。结果 8例患者一期愈合。1例患者术后出现了局部皮片坏死,经清创、换药等处理后,痊愈出院。术后随访6个月,9例患者均未复发。结论采用手术切除联合VSD负压吸引、皮瓣或游离植皮治疗会阴部巨大尖锐湿疣的效果显著,复发少,疗程短。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical resection combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of perineal giant condyloma acuminatum.Methods From September 2016 to December 2018, 9 patients with giant condyloma acuminatum in the perineum admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected. The surgical treatment was used to completely remove the diseased tissue and VSD was used to drain secretions. Comprehensive treatment measures were taken to control infection and repair the wound with flap or free skin graft. The therapeutic effect was recorded.Results Eight patients were healed in the first stage, and one patient developed local skin necrosis after operation. After debridement and dressing change, he was cured and discharged. Nine patients were followed up for 6 months without recurrence.Conclusion Surgical resection combined with VSD negative pressure suction, skin flap or free skin grafting is effective in treating giant condyloma acuminatum in perineum with less recurrence and short course of treatment.
