定西市安定区农村饮水安全工程助推脱贫攻坚的做法及建议

摘　　要：甘肃省定西市安定区借助引洮工程实施的机遇,大力推进农村饮水安全工程,实现了常住农户自来水“应入尽入”、饮水安全的目标。在工程建设中,针对工程性、区域性缺水,供水不稳定和管水用水体制机制问题,狠抓管网建设和工程入户、工程排危和水毁工程维修、工程运行和日常管理各项工作,确保了工程安全和饮水安全。针对工程管理的地域广范围大、自动化程度低、检测难度大等实际情况,建议下一步以“稳定供水、高效管理”为抓手,以满足人民群众对水安全水生态的需求为目标,在工程补建配套、改造提升、运行管理上狠下功夫,推进农村供水高质量发展。Taking the advantage of water diversion from the Tao River,the Anding District of Dingxi City in Gansu Province has initiated the project of safe drinking water provision,in order to achieve the goal of"safe drinking water for all".In project construction,more efforts has been made to complete pipe network system and connect it to each household,improve O&M and daily management,concerning issues such as lacking of structures for water supply,water shortage and unstable water supply due to poor water management system and mechanism.In view of the fact that the project management has a wide range of areas,low degree of automation,and great difficulty in detection,it is suggested to highlight“stable water supply and efficient management”,and satisfy demand of water and ecology safety,and boost construction of counterpart facilities,system rehabilitation and upgrading and effective operation and management,so as to promote high-quality development.
