摘  要:水资源管理决策支持系统是水库群实现防洪、发电、生态等综合优化调度目标的重要支撑。以金沙江下游—三峡梯级水电站为研究对象,针对流域梯级水资源管理面临的突出问题,研发了水资源管理决策支持系统,总结了巨型水电能源系统多源异构数据收集与处理、长江上游水库群调度智能模拟、河道水文过程及水库下游泄水波演进模拟、流域梯级水电站群长中短期嵌套联合发电优化调度、预报调度效益定量评估指标及后评估体系、流域一体化水资源管理模式下多业务嵌套重构等6大关键技术,为金沙江下游—三峡梯级水电站的水资源优化管理提供科学依据。Water resources management decision support system(WRMDSS)is an important support for the reservoir group to achieve the comprehensive optimal dispatching goals of flood control,power generation,and ecology.This research takes the lower Jinsha River-Three Gorges Cascade Hydropower Stations as the research object,and analyzes the outstanding problems on water resources management.In response to such problems,WRMDSS for the lower reaches of the Jinsha River-Three Gorges Cascade Hydropower Stations is carried out.This research summarizes 6 key technologies,including the collection and processing of multi-source heterogeneous data for giant hydropower energy systems,intelligent simulation of reservoir scheduling in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,hydrological process of rivers and the simulation of discharge waves in the downstream of reservoirs,optimal scheduling and forecasting of nested joint power generation,quantitative assessment indicators of dispatching benefits,multi-service nesting reconstruction under integrated river basin water resources management.These technologies provide a scientific basis for the optimal management of water resources in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River-Three Gorges Cascade Hydropower Stations.
