摘  要:分析综合管廊燃气舱燃气管道热补偿计算温差(燃气管道安装温度与运行温度的差)的计算方法,分别计算不同管内天然气流速下,6种规格燃气管道在夏季安装冬季运行、冬季安装夏季运行、夏季安装夏季运行、冬季安装冬季运行4种情况的计算温差。相同公称直径时,计算温差随天然气流速的增大而减小。相同天然气流速时,计算温差随着燃气管道公称直径的增大而减小。燃气管道在夏季安装冬季运行情况下的计算温差最大。在对燃气管道进行热补偿设计时,应选用夏季安装冬季运行情况下的计算温差。The method of calculating the temperature difference( difference between the installation temperature and the operating temperature of the gas pipeline) for thermal compensation calculation of gas pipeline in gas compartment of unity tunnel is analyzed. The temperature differences in 4 cases of six types of the gas pipeline under the different natural gas flow rates are calculated respectively,including summer installation winter operation,winter installation summer operation,summer installation summer operation and winter installation winter installation. When the nominal diameter of the gas pipeline is the same,the calculated temperature difference decreases with the increase of the natural gas flow rate. When the natural gas flow rate is the same,the calculated temperature difference decreases with the increase of the nominal diameter of the gas pipeline. The calculated temperature difference of gas pipeline is the largest under the condition of summer installation winter operation. In the design of the thermal compensation of gas pipeline,the calculated temperature difference under the condition of summer installation winter operation should be selected.
