摘 要:针对庭院供热管网水力失调,提出水力调节思路与方法。结合工程实例,对调节效果进行分析。调节思路为通过调节单元(楼栋)热力入口调节阀,改变单元热力入口阻力,控制流量,实现水力平衡。调节方法为将供暖期前粗调节(将庭院干管近端、中部分支及单元热力入口的调节阀相对开度调整至20%~25%,远端分支及单元热力入口调节阀开至最大)与供暖期精细调节(根据室内温度、回水温度,对分支及单元热力入口的调节阀精细调节)相结合。经实际应用,调节效果明显。In view of the hydraulic imbalance of courtyard heating pipe network,the idea and method of hydraulic adjustment are put forward. Combined with engineering examples, the adjustment effect is analyzed. The adjustment idea is to change the unit thermal inlet resistance,control the flow and achieve hydraulic balance by regulating the unit( building) thermal inlet regulating valve. The adjustment method is to combine the coarse adjustment before the heating period( adjusting the relative opening of control valves at the proximal and middle branch and unit thermal inlets of the courtyard main pipe to about 25%,and opening the control valves for the remote branch and unit thermal inlets to the maximum) with the fine adjustment during the heating period( adjusting the control valves at the branches and unit thermal inlets according to the indoor temperature and water return temperature). After the practical application,the adjustment effect is obvious.
