摘　　要：目的:通过分析我院临床药师在查房过程中对呼吸科患者的药学服务,为临床合理用药提供借鉴和参考。方法:通过典型病例,分析临床药师开展药学服务以及解决临床药物治疗方面的问题。结果:临床药师面对临床治疗问题,通过逐渐培养临床思维,发挥药师在药学上的优势,促进临床合理用药。结论:临床药师通过对呼吸科患者的药学服务,能够体现药师的专业价值并确保患者用药安全。Objective:To provide reference for clinical rational drug use through investigating the pharmaceutical care provided to patients in the respiratory department during ward rounds by clinical pharmacists in our hospital.Methods:The current study analyzed typical cases concerning the pharmaceutical care and problem solving service in clinical drug treatment provided by clinical pharmacists.Results:When facing clinical problems,clinical pharmacists can develop clinical thinking and explore their advantages in pharmaceutical knowledge,and promote rational clinical drug use.Conclusion:By providing pharmaceutical care for patients in the department of respiration,clinical pharmacists showed the professional value and ensured the safety of drug use.
