摘　　要：采用现代分析技术,对锅炉汽包用13MnNiMo5-4钢板的化学分析、拉伸试验、系列温度冲击试验、金相检验以及工艺性能试验进行全方位应用研究。结果表明:13MnNiMo5-4钢板的各项性能指标均满足相关标准要求,具有良好的综合性能,能够满足新型小容量高参数发电用锅炉汽包的制造要求。By means of modern analysis technology,a comprehensive application research has been carried out on the chemical analysis,tensile test,series temperature impact tests,metallographic examinations and process performance tests of 13 MnNiMo5-4 steel plates for boiler steam drum.The results show that all properties indicators of the 13 MnNiMo5-4 steel plate meet the requirements of relevant standards,with good comprehensive performance,which meets the requirements for manufacturing the drum of new type boiler with small capacity and high parameters.
