摘  要:结合蓄热式加热炉烟气反吹二次燃烧技术改造实践,重点对烟气反吹二次燃烧技术原理、改造实施技术方案、改造效果进行分析探讨。通过风机及管路、系统稳压回路、自动化时序控制等设计优化和技术改造,取得良好效果。CO排放降低92%以上,在保护环境的同时,加热炉综合能耗进一步降低,现有蓄热燃烧技术得到完善。Based on the reconstruction practice of flue gas back purging secondary combustion technology in regenrative reheating furnaces,analysis and discussion are carried on the principle of flue gas back purging secondary combustion technology,technical proposal of reconstruction implementation and reconstruction effects.Good results are achieved by design optimization and technical reconstruction of fan and piping,system pressure regulating loop,automatic time sequence control,i.e.,CO emission decreased by 92% and over,futher lowering the comprehensive consumption of reheating furnace while protecting environment,improvement of existing regenerative combustion technology.
