摘　　要：近年来,随着社会的发展,生活压力及环境污染的增加,男性生殖功能受到严重损害,不育症发生率约占育龄夫妇的15%[1]。男性不育症病因复杂,大多数患者病因不明,临床缺乏有效治疗手段。孙建明教授采用中医辨证论治,认为男性不育症病位在肾,涉及心、脾、肝三脏,常以脾肾立法,治疗强调辨证与辨病相结合,临床疗效显著。In recent years,with the development of society,the increase of life pressure and environmental pollution,male reproductive function has been seriously damaged,and the incidence of infertility accounts for about 15%of couples at childbearing age.The etiology of male infertility is complex.Most patients have unknown etiology and lack of effective treatment.Professor SUN Jianming uses TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs to treat male infertility.He believes that the location of male infertility is in the kidney,involving the heart,spleen and liver.He often makes treatment from the spleen and kidney.The treatment emphasizes the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
