摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭作为心脏各类疾病发展的终末阶段,治愈性差,严重危害人民健康。我国慢性心力衰竭发病趋势随着年龄的增长而逐年上升,西医治疗慢性心力衰竭已取得疗效,但因其服药周期长,且不良反应较多,故而临床治疗上需寻求其他治疗手段。传统医学中未曾记载慢性心力衰竭疾病病名,临床通过其症状分析,将其归属如"喘证""水肿""痰饮"等疾病中。中医治病需因证施治,力求阴阳平衡;然三焦作为气血运行的通道,道路堵塞则百病丛生,道路通畅则百病易除,临床诸多医家通过调理三焦,调畅气血津液,调和脏腑祛病强身。文章归纳整理近些年相关报道,从慢性心力衰竭疾病证型出发,结合三焦理论与临床运用,进一步探讨慢性心力衰竭与三焦辨证论治关系,为今后临床中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭提供理论依据。Chronic heart failure,as the end stage of the development of various heart diseases,has poor curability and seriously endangers people’s health.The incidence of chronic heart failure in China has been increasing year by year with the increase of age.Western medicine has achieved curative effects for chronic heart failure.But because of its long medication cycle and many adverse reactions,it is necessary to seek other treatments for clinical treatment.The names of chronic heart failure diseases have not been recorded in traditional Chinese medicine.According to clinical analysis of symptoms,they are classified as diseases such as asthma syndrome,edema and phlegm-retention syndrome.Traditional Chinese medicine treats diseases based on evidence and strives for balance between Yin and Yang.However,as the channel for Qi and blood,the triple Jiao are congested,and the road is clear,and the diseases are easily removed.This article summarizes relevant reports in recent years,starting from chronic heart failure disease types,combining the theory of triple Jiao and clinical application and further explores the syndrome differentiation between chronic heart failure and triple Jiao and provides the theoretical basis for the future clinical Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure.
