基于数据挖掘孟河医派治疗情志病的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)进行数据挖掘,分析研究中华医典(V5.0)中收录的孟河医派治疗情志病的组方用药规律。方法搜集整理中华医典(V5.0)中关于孟河医派治疗情志病的医案和方药,使用中医传承辅助平台系统,录入方剂信息,通过利用该软件的关联规则分析、复杂系统的熵聚类分析以及无监督的熵层次聚类分析等多种数据挖掘方法,深入研究孟河医家治疗情志病的用药规律。结果共录入处方72首,含纳中药218味,得到核心组合18个,并据此推演出新处方9首。结论孟河医派治疗情志疾病重视补虚药的运用,着重于当归的配伍与应用,且善于使用清化热痰药及安神药。治疗上主要从肝、脾论治情志疾病,这对于临床治疗具有一定的参考价值。Objective To explore the medication rule of Menghe medicine school treating sentimental diseasesthrough data mining analysisbased on traditional Chinese medicineinheritancesupport system(TCMISS)(V2.5).Methods We collected and collated the medical records and prescriptions of Menghe medicine school for the treatment of sentimental diseases in the Chinese Medical,using the TCMISS and entering prescription information to dig out and analyze the medication laws of Menghe medicine school for the treatment of emotional conditions by utilizingassociation rules,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering.Results A total of 72 prescriptions were collected and 218 Chinese herbs were included,obtaining 18 core combinations and inferring 9 new prescriptions.Conclusion Menghe medicine school pays great attention to the compatibility and application of Angelica sinensis in the treatment of emotional diseases,and attaches importance to the use of heat-clearing phlegm-transforming medicine and tranquilizing medicine.The article mainly discusses the treatment through the liver and spleen,which has certain reference value for clinical treatment.
