摘  要:在不同环境下的建设用地动态变化研究有利于相关部门对土地利用发展现状进行了解。基于2000年、2009年和2018年的Landsat遥感影像,在遥感和地理信息系统技术的支持下,选取云南省少数民族哈尼族彝族自治县下的三个具有坝区、半山区、山区特色的宁洱镇、同心镇、梅子镇等乡镇作为研究区,遥感解译获得三个时段的乡镇建设用地情况,分析2000~2018年期间三个乡镇建设用地时空动态分析。结果表明,研究区建设用地面积随时间的推移在不断增大,建设用地规模空间扩张明显,三个典型乡镇的建设用地面积变化规模依次为宁洱镇>同心镇>梅子镇,即坝区>半山区>山区;建设用地的年均扩张变化特性在不同的时期有不同的表现。在研究区不同山地环境下,乡镇建设用地时空变化主要受其地形、自然条件、交通以及政府政策等因素的综合影响,本文利用综合遥感与GIS技术对研究区的建设用地变化进行分析应用,结果可以为城镇规划提供依据,为宁洱镇今后发展提供科学依据。The research on the dynamic change of construction land with different terrains is beneficial to the relevant departments to understand the current situation of land use development.Based on the Landsat remote sensing images of 2000,2009 and 2018,with the support of remote sensing and GIS technology,selection three villages and towns with the characteristics of dam area,semi-mountain area and mountain area,such as Ninger,Tongxin and Meizi in Hani Yi ethnic minority autonomous county of Yunnan Province.The land use for three periods of construction is obtained by remote sensing interpretation,and spatiotemporal dynamic changes of construction land in three villages and towns during 2000-2018 are analyzed.The results show that the area of construction land in the study area has been increasing with time,and the scale of construction land expands obviously.The size of construction land change of the three typical villages and towns is in the order of Ninger,Tongxin and Meizi,that is corresponding to dam area,semi-mountain area,and mountain area,and the annual expansion and change characteristics of construction land have different performance in different periods.In the different mountainous environment of the study area,the spatial and temporal change of villages and towns construction land is mainly affected by the natural conditions of the terrain,transportation and government policies.This study used integrated remote sensing and GIS technology to analyze and apply the construction land used change in the study area.The results can provide a basis for urban planning and provide a scientific basis for Ninger Town development in the future.
