膝关节滑膜病变的MR诊断及鉴别诊断效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察并总结膝关节滑膜病变的MR诊断及鉴别效果。方法:2019年1月至2019年12月因膝关节滑膜病变行膝关节MR检查的82例患者作为研究对象,进行膝关节MRI检查,对检查结果、MR所见进行分析总结。结果:骨性关节炎继发性滑膜炎37例,滑膜软骨瘤病18例,色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎10例,痛风性关节炎滑膜炎6例,类风湿性关节炎滑膜增生6例,膝关节结核累及滑膜5例。结论:MRI可作为可靠膝关节滑膜病变的检查手段,为临床膝关节疾病诊断提供可靠的影像学依据。Objective To observe and summarize the MR diagnosis and differential effect of synovium disease of knee joint.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,82 patients with synovium diseases of the knee joint underwent MR examination of the knee joint as the research object.The results and MR findings were analyzed and summarized.Results 37 cases of secondary synovitis,18 cases of synovial chondromatosis,10 cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis,6 cases of gouty arthritis synovitis,6 cases of rheumatoid arthritis synovium hyperplasia,5 cases of knee tuberculosis involving synovium.Conclusion MRI can be used as a reliable examination method of synovium disease of knee joint and provide reliable imaging basis for clinical diagnosis of knee joint disease.
