摘　　要：目的:分析多系统萎缩C型患者的头颅MRI表现及临床特征。方法:回顾性分析经本院临床诊断的26例多系统萎缩C型患者的临床及MRI资料。结果:桥脑斑片样高信号影6例(23.1%);桥脑"十字征"23例(88.5%);小脑萎缩19例(73.1%);桥脑萎缩18例(69.2%);中脑萎缩13例(50.0%);延髓萎缩9例(34.6%);小脑中脚萎缩8例(30.8%);四脑室扩张20例(76.9%);桥前池扩张16例(61.5%);桥小脑角池扩张10例(38.5%)。结论:MRI检查有助于提示及指导多系统萎缩C型患者的临床诊断。Objective To alalayze the MRI and clinical features of multiple system atrophy type C(MSA-C),and to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods MRI images and clinical data of 26 patients(MSA-C)were retrospectively collected.All patients had MRI images,then All patients were asked for their medical history and their physical signs in detail.We analyzed the brainstem,cerebellar atrophy,signal changes and expansion of brain cistern and ventricle.Results Among the 26 patients,high signal in pons was found in 6(23.1%),the cross sign was found in 23(88.5%),the cerebellum atrophy was found in 19(73.1%),the pons atrophy was found in 18(69.2%),the mesencephalon atrophy was found in 13(50%),the medulla oblongata atrophy was found in 9(34.6%),the middle cerebellar peduncle atrophy was found in 8(30.8%,),the expansion of fourth ventricle was found in 20(76.9%),the expansion of pontine cistern was found in 16(61.5%),the expansion of cerebellopontine angle cistern was found in 10(38.5%).Conclusion MRI is helpful to the clinical diagnosis of patients with MSA-C.The typical MRI signs of this disease are high signal in pons,cross sign in pons,the brainstem and cerebellar atrophy,the expansion of ventricle and cistern.
