对比X线平片及双排螺旋CT诊断胸部创伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析对比X线平片及双排螺旋CT诊断胸部创伤的临床效果。方法:随机选取我院于2017年3月—2019年3月,此2年时间段内至我院进行胸部创伤治疗的患者共计40例,对所有患者实施X线平片检查以及双排螺旋CT检查,观察比对两种诊断结果情况。结果:经最终检查,所有患者均患有不同程度胸部创伤,其中骨折21例,气胸9例,血胸7例,肺损伤3例。经双排螺旋CT检查后,结果显示,诊断准确率为92.5%,具体结果:骨折21例,气胸8例,血胸6例,肺损伤2例;经X线平片检查后,结果显示,诊断准确率为75.0%,具体结果:骨折20例,气胸6例,血胸3例,肺损伤1例。双排螺旋CT诊断准确率较X线平片诊断准确率更高,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胸部创伤患者实施双排螺旋CT检查,具有较高的诊断准确率,可有效指导针对性治疗方案的制定,有利于提升治疗效果,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effect of X-ray plain film and double row spiral CT in the diagnosis of thoracic trauma.Methods A total of 40 patients were randomly selected from our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019.X-ray plain film examination and double row spiral CT examination were performed on all patients.The results of the two diagnoses were observed and compared.Results According to the final examination,all patients suffered from different degrees of chest trauma,including 21 cases of fracture,9 cases of pneumothorax,7 cases of hemothorax,3 cases of lung injury.After double row spiral CT examination,the results showed that the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 92.5%.The specific results:21 cases of fracture,8 cases of pneumothorax,6 cases of hemothorax,2 cases of lung injury;after X-ray plain film examination,the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 75.0%.The specific results:20 cases of fracture,6 cases of pneumothorax,3 cases of hemothorax,1 case of lung injury.The diagnostic accuracy of double row spiral CT was higher than that of X-ray plain film,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The double row spiral CT examination for the patients with chest trauma has a high diagnostic accuracy,which can effectively guide the formulation of targeted treatment plan,improve the treatment effect and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
