摘  要:研究了几种纳米颗粒调控的聚乙烯(PE)泡沫的尺寸稳定性,通过差示扫描量热仪、扫描电镜考察了几种纳米颗粒对PE结晶行为和发泡形貌的影响。结果表明,纳米颗粒作为结晶成核剂可以提高PE的结晶温度,同时作为发泡成核剂还可以使PE泡沫的泡孔密度增大,且其形状和表面化学性质会影响成核效果,进而影响最终的发泡形貌。进一步研究还发现,不同泡孔结构的PE泡沫的尺寸稳定性存在差异,未添加成核剂的PE泡沫收缩最严重,而添加成核剂后PE泡沫的泡孔尺寸减小,尺寸稳定性得到提高。通过建立立方体泡孔结构模型模拟计算了泡孔孔径对尺寸稳定性的影响,计算结果与实验数据较为吻合,结果表明,泡孔尺寸越小,PE泡沫的尺寸稳定性越好。This work aimed at studying the dimensional stability of low density polyethylene(LDPE)foams with different cell structures manipulated by different nanoparticles.The effects of several nanoparticles on the crystallization behavior and foaming morphology of LDPE were investigated by DSC and SEM.It is shown that the crystallization temperature of LDPE can be slightly increased by nanoparticles.The nanoparticles can also provide multiple nucleation sites in the LDPE foaming process,thus increasing the cell density of LDPE foams.The shape and surface chemistry of nanoparticles can affect the nucleation efficiency,and therefore,the final foaming morphology.The dimensional stability of PE foams with different foaming morphology was investigated.The shrinkage of LDPE foams without nucleating agent was the most obvious,while the dimensional stability of PE foams with reduced cell size is improved significantly by adding nucleating agents.A simple mathematical model with cubic cell structure was set up to investigate the influence of cell diameter on the dimensional stability of LDPE foams.Both of the modeling results and the experimental data agree well with each other,showing that the dimension stability of PE foams is increased with decreasing cell size.
