摘　　要：近年来各类灾害性天气气候事件频发,在灾害来临前发布预警信息是指导公众避险的重要方式,而为确保预警信息的权威性和有效性,在预警信息对外服务前必须要对其进行质量控制。文章介绍了基于本地突发事件预警信息数据库开发建立的省级突发事件预警信息质量监控系统的设计思路,重点阐述了该监控系统的主要功能,为实现预警信息的实时质量控制提供了一个可行的方案。In recent years,various types of severe weather and climate incidents have occurred frequently.It is an important way to guide the public to hedge the risks before the disaster.To ensure the authority and effectiveness of the warning information,the warning information must be quality control.This paper introduces the design idea of provincial emergency warning information quality monitoring system based on local emergency warning information database,and focuses on the main functions of this system.The monitoring system provides a feasible solution for real-time quality control of early warning information.
